POSITION SUMMARY
As a Corporate Paralegal at Cardone Ventures, you will be at the center of our dynamic legal team, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. In this role, you'll collaborate across departments, managing our contract lifecycle from creation through approval and execution.
You'll provide crucial support for contract administration, M&A documentation, and corporate legal matters. As a key player in a growing organization, you'll engage with executive leadership, take ownership of impactful projects, and develop expertise in contract management and corporate legal operations.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
  • Leading the implementation and ongoing management of our contract lifecycle management system (Thomson Reuters/HighQ experience required)
  • Driving contract workflows from creation to approval, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal standards
  • Maintaining comprehensive contract documentation and providing guidance on contract approvals, delegations of authority, and signing processes
  • Serving as a key resource for contract-related questions and ensuring timely execution of agreements across all departments
  • Managing contract administration tasks with meticulous attention to detail and process compliance

OBJECTIVES
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts including NDAs, vendor agreements, client contracts, and other corporate agreements using established templates and best practices
  • Maintain the contract repository and ensure seamless document flow, tracking, and organization
  • Coordinate contract review and approval workflows, managing timelines and stakeholder communications
  • Provide guidance on contract approvals, delegations of authority, signing processes, and contract execution procedures
  • Support legal compliance and risk mitigation through proper contract documentation and administration
  • Provide essential administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer

COMPETENCIES
  • Demonstrated expertise in contract management and contract lifecycle administration
  • Proficiency with contract management systems, particularly Thomson Reuters/HighQ
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Detailed knowledge of contract review, negotiation support, and approval processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to clearly document contract terms and requirements
  • Proactive problem-solver capable of identifying contractual risks and process improvements
  • Service-oriented approach to supporting multiple departments and stakeholders

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Paralegal Degree or Certification required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Thomson Reuters/HighQ or similar contract lifecycle management platforms
  • 5-10 years of corporate legal experience in contract management, ideally in a law firm or in-house legal department
