Job description

Overview

As an Construction Office Admin, you will skillfully work with our project management, estimating, service and sales departments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in Excel, Word and have excellent customer service skills. We are seeking candidates with strong and positive organizational skills to assist with project coordination. 

Responsibilities
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls. 
  • Manage return merchandise authorization forms.  
  • Maintain office supplies.  
  • Provide department managers with full administrative support by entering information into various databases.  
  • Assist the estimating department with the preparation of bid packages. 
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars. 
  • Perform general administrative duties such as but not limited to: copying, faxing, filling, organizing, mailing and document development. 
  • Other Administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree  
  • One year experience  
  • Valid driver's license 
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background screen. 
  • Ability to multitask while staying organized. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Positive customer service skills 
  • Experience in lighting and electrical is a plus!
