At Retro Fitness the Fitness Manger leads all personal training activity inside the club. You will hire develop and manage a team of trainers while also driving PT revenue and delivering results to members.
What You Will Do
  • Recruit onboard and lead personal trainers
  • Coach the team to hit session utilization and sales goals
  • Lead PT integration during new member onboarding
  • Deliver an excellent member experience through training engagement
  • Oversee certifications schedules and client programming
  • Ensure PT team follows brand and service standards

What We Are Looking For
  • Active personal training certification through a recognized organization
  • Two or more years of training experience
  • Experience managing or mentoring trainers preferred
  • Sales experience or willingness to learn
  • CPR or AED certification required
