• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and psychosocial needs, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, ensuring that each session is aligned with best practices and client goals.
• Maintain meticulous client records, documenting therapy sessions, treatment progress, and any changes in diagnosis, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Manage a diverse caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and continuity of care for all clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment strategies for clients, including referrals to external services when necessary.
• Engage in regular team meetings, contributing insights and supporting a positive team culture focused on growth and development.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on relevant mental health practices.

As an LMFT at Promenade Healing Retreat, you will work with a varied population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to provide culturally competent care that respects and addresses individual differences. This role requires a deep commitment to understanding the challenges faced by each client and providing tailored interventions that empower them to achieve their mental health goals.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant therapy experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating expertise in individualized care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build meaningful, trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues.
• High levels of compassion and empathy, with a problem-solving mindset to navigate complex clinical situations.

• Experience working in community health or outpatient settings, particularly with an emphasis on evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with therapy management software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• A background in integrating holistic therapies into traditional psychotherapy practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 - 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
