Job description

Part-Time Receptionist | Gerald Naperville

We have an immediateย openings for Part-Time Receptionist positions inย Naperville for our Subaru and Nissanย store. This role will have a positive impact on the success and efficiency of daily operations in a dealership setting.ย  The ideal candidate will communicate well with all levels in an organization, enjoy problem solving, be comfortable with technology, and possess an outstanding attendance record.ย ย 

Essential Functions:

  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, and various other office duties.
  • Stock supplies and refreshements.
  • Understand and follow receptionist policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by the management team.

Hours:

Education / Experience:

High School Diploma or GED.ย  Experience is preferred, but not required. We will offer training and support to the right candidate. Good job references are required.

Benefits:
