CMA Toyota & Chevrolet of Martinsburg is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Receptionist to join our team. What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers and guests with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Answer and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls
  • Assist customers in connecting with the appropriate sales, service, parts, or administrative team member
  • Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Support general administrative and clerical duties
  • Maintain accurate customer information and data entry
