Support the client service experience of a Top 25 Twin Cities CPA & Wealth Management firm—where relationships, responsiveness, and operational excellence matter.

DSB Rock Island is hiring a Wealth Management Client Service Associate to support retirement plan administration, insurance operations, and wealth management client service in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support 401(k) administration and retirement plan operations
  • Assist with insurance applications, claims, and policy servicing
  • Coordinate client service requests and follow-up activities
  • Maintain service calendars, records, and account documentation
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and client meeting materials
  • Support financial administration and account maintenance
  • Partner with advisors and operations leadership to deliver exceptional client service

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Education & Experience
