The Role

As a Residential Cleaning Pro, you are a hospitality expert. Your responsibilities include:

  • Executing high-level, detailed cleaning in residences according to our signature 16-year standard.
  • Managing your professional cleaning kit and maintaining top-tier equipment.
  • Providing intentional, professional communication to your ongoing clients.
  • Performing self-inspections to ensure every room meets the "Brighthouse Five-Star" check before completion.


Requirements

  • Professionalism: A positive attitude and a commitment to being on time every day.
  • Reliability: A valid drivers license and a reliable, insured vehicle are required for travel between homes.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform active, physical work throughout the day (lifting up to 25 lbs).
  • Integrity: Must be able to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Experience: Previous experience in residential cleaning, luxury retail, or hotel hospitality is a major plus, but we will train the right candidate with a "pro" mindset.
