Summary:

TheSr. Relationship Managerreports to the Retirement Practice Leaderand serves as the primarycontactfor15-20customer relationships as well as general operational oversight for all 401(k) plans.This includes responsibility for all software & systems integration withclients'investment management decisions and changes.This position requires a strong understanding of the financial services industry and products,especially 401(k) plansand is critical in handlingday-to-day client management on behalf of the Lead Advisor.This position will alsoassistwith all wealth management relationships with the practice leader.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supports Lead Advisor of a large book of business including managing client needsregardingservice, asset allocation & case design

Responsible for client meeting preparation andassistingthe operations manager in allfollow-up

Consult with participantson investment strategies based on individual financial and investmentobjectivesanddeliver advice

Learn the technical aspects of the advisor position and prepare to service clients independently

Deepen client relationships andestablishcredibility and rapport both in person and via phone

Oversee all data entry & plan management by the Operations Manager

Proactively communicating with clients and following up on all contacts assigned

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and competing prioritieson a daily basisin pursuit of business objectives

Responsible for managing all 401k) education meetings for all Hub 401(k) clients

Active engagement in marketing and sales efforts on behalf of the firm; notrequiredto build own book of business

Commitment to culture requires a demonstration of professionalism, accountability, customer/client focus, and teamwork

Co-manage the Operations Manager along with the Retirement Practice Leader andis responsible forhis or her duties being performedin a timely manner

Develop Centers of Influences such as community involvement,CPA'sand attorneys, etc.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Manage andbe responsible forthe daily work of the Operations Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

Strong understanding of financial services industry and diverse investment products

Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word,Exceland Power Point) are essential

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing

Strong time management and organizational skills; able to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks at once

Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners and influence others without direct control

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in finance,accountingor related field

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry(specifically the retirement plan arena)allowing for a strong understanding of broker/dealer operations and financial services products, including but not limitedtoequities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts

Previousexperience in the independent financial services culture preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registration:

Series 6 or63required

Series 65/66 preferred (or ability to obtain)
