MBL Technologies is seeking an experienced Palantir Foundry Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of solutions built within the Palantir Foundry platform.

The ideal candidate is a talented, detail-oriented developer with hands-on Palantir Foundry experience who can work effectively across business and technical teams. This individual will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that enhance data-driven workflows, improve user experiences, and support mission objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, configure, and maintain solutions within Palantir Foundry. 
  • Design and work with ontology objects to support business processes and data models. 
  • Build, configure, and enhance Foundry workspaces, dashboards, and forms. 
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions. 
  • Refine solution designs and support successful implementation and delivery. 
  • Troubleshoot issues and support enhancements across existing Foundry applications. 
  • Work with datasets and data transformations to support application and business requirements. 
  • Document technical designs, configurations, solution changes, and implementation details. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance technical implementation requirements with business and end-user needs. 
  • Adapt solutions as business and technical requirements evolve.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active Secret security clearance. 
  • Demonstrated hands-on development experience with Palantir Foundry. 
  • Strong understanding of Foundry ontology objects and workspace functionality. 
  • Experience developing and configuring forms and dashboards within Palantir Foundry. 
  • Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, practical solutions. 
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other cross-functional partners. 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Experience supporting enterprise data or workflow applications. 
  • Experience working with datasets and data transformations. 
  • Experience with Python and/or TypeScript. 
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices. 
  • Experience working within cross-functional technical teams. 
  • Demonstrated ability to balance technical implementation decisions with business and end-user needs.
