Job Description:

Under the direction of the Administrator and supervision of the NATP Program Coordinator, the Instructor will provide hands-on training and supervision in accordance with Montana state NATP requirements.

We are launching an online CNA program based in Butte, MT. Students complete the didactic (online) portion of the course remotely and require in-person lab and clinical instruction at an approved healthcare facility.

Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Montana

Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, nursing home is preferred

Experience in supervising certified nursing assistants

Strong communication and organizational skills

Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Skills and Duties:

Knowledge and experience working with culturally diverse and special populations.

Professional attitude and appearance to encompass confidential information.

Effectively operate office equipment and apply computer skills.

Understands the general principles of health education.

Assure compliance with regulatory agencies.
