Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive nursing needs of residents while embracing our โPhilosophy for Person-Directed Care.โ
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, facilitating participation in daily activities.
- Conduct thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and initiate care plans as necessary, supervising resident care effectively.
- Coordinate assignments with care partners, ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction.
Position Details
- Schedule: Part-Time, Saturdays from 6 AM to 6 PM
- Compensation: Starting at $48+/hour based on experience, with an additional $2-$3 shift differential*
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the applicable state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
