The role of the Registered Nurse (RN) encompasses addressing the comprehensive nursing needs of residents while actively embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”

A typical day may involve:

  • Maintaining a safe and healthy atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors, allowing them to engage in the daily life rhythm of the residents
  • Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments
  • Initiating care plans as necessary and effectively overseeing resident care
  • Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability among team members for resident care and satisfaction

 

Part-Time Position - Saturdays 6 PM to 6 AM

Compensation: $40-48 per hour based on experience + $2-$3 shift differential*

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A valid RN license in the state of application
  • Current CPR certification
  • Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care is preferred
