Job Description: For Candidates in Middleton, WI and Appleton, Wisconsin areas Only

Prepare for Success - PFS is a Tele-Services company in Middleton, WI / Appleton, WI, that works with Organizations in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Animal Health, Telecommunications, Consumer-Packaged Goods, and Consumer Health care.
We currently have Full Time and Part Time positions at both our Offices in Middleton, WI & Appleton, WI for Lead Generation and Inside Sales professionals. Lead Generation and Inside Sales experience preferred. Experience in the Medical Device industry would be welcome.
Overview: 
The Lead Generation Team will be discussing / sending information about our client's portfolio of products, to their customers. The ultimate goal being setting appointments for our Client's Field Reps.
  • This is an hourly position. Full-Time ISR's needed but welcome part-time professionals as well. We are flexible to your scheduling needs if you are a serious, dedicated employee.
  • Recently retired and or Seniors who would like to work part time are welcome!
  • There is a comprehensive Training program that is provided by our client and through our Company Sales Training Program. You must be motivated to learn, and to grow as a businessperson.
  • Positions start with a 12-month contract, and we expect it to be extended.
  • Continuous on-the-job training occurs with Sales Executives, our clients training team, and our Sales Training Team.

Qualifications:
  • Do you have a High School degree? Some College? An associate’s degree? We strongly encourage you to apply.
  • A Desire to be on the job and learn our client's portfolio of products is necessary to be successful.
  • Previous Inside Sales experience would be ideal, but we will consider candidates with a diverse Inside Sales background.
  • Conduct Lead Generation / Sales calls on established accounts within the U.S. and establish a strong working relationship.
  • Consistently promote the features and benefits of our client and their products through personal detailing efforts and regular contact within assigned territory.
  • Attention to detail in order to ensure all call activity and outcomes are properly documented in our CRM.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 - Excel, Word, PowerPoint is beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of Outlook a must.

Job Type: Part-time to Full-time potential:
  • Hourly Range: $18.00 - $24.00 depending on experience.
