Job Summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Senior Account Manager- High Net Worth to join our growing team. The Senior Account Manager serves as a strategic, experienced client service leader and is the primary point of contact for complex accounts. This role is accountable for overseeing service delivery, mentoring team members, managing sophisticated client needs, and partnering closely with Producers and Account Executives to drive retention, growth, and client satisfaction. This position requires deep subject‑matter expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to lead through influence.

Responsibilities
  • Serves as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned clients, focusing on complex accounts and higher‑level client needs.
  • Leads overall client service delivery, including coordination, prioritization, and quality control across the service team.
  • Mentors, coaches, and provides guidance to Account Managers and Account Associates; supports their development and escalates issues as needed.
  • Partners closely with Producers and Account Executives on client strategy, renewals, and service commitments.
  • Oversees new business and renewal processes, including managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Develops and executes renewal and placement strategies in collaboration with Producers and service teams.
  • Reviews and negotiates coverage, pricing, and terms with carriers and underwriters for complex placements.
  • Ensures service standards are met or exceeded; identifies trends and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to clients by proactively identifying risks, coverage gaps, and opportunities to strengthen insurance programs.
  • Ensures all client files are accurately documented to minimize E&O exposure and enable timely response to client requests.
  • Accountable for client outcomes including retention, account rounding, referrals, and smooth, uneventful renewals.
Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license for the state in which the agency operates.
  • Advanced knowledge of insurance products, carrier markets, and client service best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in electronic systems and agency management platforms; advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence others without direct authority.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Commitment to pursuing or maintaining professional insurance designations.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in the insurance industry or a closely related field.
  • Prior experience managing complex, high net worth accounts and supporting producers or sales teams.
