Job description

We're looking for an experienced, sales driven Store Manager to lead our CurrentBody pop up at Belmont Village in the New York area. This is a rare opportunity to bring a digitally native, clinically-backed beauty tech brand into a premium retail setting, owning the customer experience, driving store performance, and building a high-performing team from the ground up.

What you'll be doing:
  • Own the day to day performance of the pop-up, driving sales and delivering against KPIs
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small, high-performing retail team
  • Deliver a premium, consultative customer experience, educating shoppers on beauty tech
  • Bring the CurrentBody brand to life in-store through storytelling, product demos, and activations
  • Lead product launches and in-store campaigns, ensuring strong execution
  • Manage customer flow and maintain consistently high service standards
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, compliance, and reporting
  • Act as the key point of contact for the pop-up, partnering cross-functionally with our corporate teams
  • Skills, knowledge & expertise
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader, ideally within premium beauty retail
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales performance
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, or beauty tech
  • Experience delivering a consultative, education-led customer experience
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams
  • Highly organized, handsโ€‘on, and comfortable working in a fastโ€‘paced environment
