Cafaro, a national leader in commercial real estate and property management, is seeking a Network Systems Administrator to join our dynamic Information Technology team. This role is critical in ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of our enterprise network infrastructure. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of technologies while helping drive innovation and operational excellence.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Administer and maintain all Cafaro networking equipment, including Dell, Cisco, and Aruba switches and APs.
  • Manage wireless infrastructure including Extreme, Cambium, and Ubiquity access points.
  • Implement and manage network security measures using Fortigate Firewalls and Endpoint Encryption.
  • Conduct penetration testing and security audits to ensure data integrity and protection.
  • Monitor system performance and logs to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues.
  • Research, test, and recommend new technologies to enhance infrastructure efficiency and security.
  • Maintain documentation, including knowledge base articles and technical training materials.
  • Plan and communicate scheduled maintenance or downtime for production systems.
  • Collaborate with department heads and leadership to develop solutions and best practices.
  • Provide high-level support to end users and assist the Helpdesk team when needed.
  • Participate in IT department projects and function as on-call support as assigned.
  • Perform other related duties as directed by IT leadership.
