Job description

Suits 20/20 is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, reliable Operations Associate to join our team.

We’re not a typical corporate retailer. Suits 20/20 is employee-owned, which means our employees have the opportunity to share in the value we create as the company grows. We’re looking for someone who wants more than just another retail job—someone who takes pride in their work, thinks like an owner, and wants to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive, unpack, ticket, and process incoming merchandise

  • Maintain an organized and accurate stockroom

  • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor

  • Assist with inventory counts, transfers, and inventory control

  • Pick and prepare customer orders and store transfers

  • Support merchandising, floor moves, promotions, and major sales events

  • Work closely with our sales team to quickly locate merchandise

  • Keep operational and stock areas clean, organized, and efficient

  • Jump in wherever needed to help the team and take care of our customers

Who We’re Looking For

You’re organized, dependable, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You notice details, solve problems, and don’t need to be told every time something needs to get done.

Previous retail, warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or operations experience is a plus—but work ethic, reliability, and attitude matter just as much to us as experience.

Why Suits 20/20?

We’re an established menswear business with an entrepreneurial mindset and ambitious plans for growth. We’re also employee-owned, giving our team the opportunity to become owners and participate in the value we’re building together.

If you want to work somewhere your contribution matters—and where you can have a stake in the company’s future—we’d like to meet you.

Apply today and come grow with Suits 20/20.

Suits 20/20 is an equal opportunity employer.
