About the Role:

The Retail and Rental Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of both retail hard goods sales and rental services at the ski resort, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across both areas. This role requires strategic planning to maximize revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain efficient inventory management for retail products and rental equipment. The manager will lead and develop a shared resources team of retail and rental associates, fostering a collaborative environment that drives productivity and service excellence.
