Job Description Oversees the operations of a main store to include financial, sales promotion, personnel, inventory management and training responsibilities. Additional Qualifications/Requirements Work - Onsite (Fort Leonard Wood Exchange)

PCS authorized for eligible associates. Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary. Job Qualifications Six years of progressive retail management experience. Experience must include one of the following in the last three years: Sales and Merchandise Manager, Operations Manager, Main Store Manager, Exchange Business Manager, Exchange Retail Business Manager, General Manager, Store Manager (BR) or Region Retail Program Specialist. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required. Or Bachelor's degree plus four years progressive retail management experience. Experience must include one of the following in the last three years: Sales and Merchandise Manager, Operations Manager, Main Store Manager, Exchange Business Manager, Exchange Retail Business Manager, General Manager, Store Manager (BR) or Region Retail Program Specialist. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required. Degree (one of):

  • Major/Minor (one of):
  • BUSINESS - Preferred
  • Major Duties Supervises staff to ensure proper operation of facility and customer satisfaction. Establish goals to maximize sales, productivity, and minimize inventory costs. Develops and mentors staff for future development. Coordinates sales promotions activities. Performs other duties as assigned.
