You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect with the essential services above.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Product Knowledge
- Must be able to oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory, product launches, financial oversight, cash handling, audits, and policy compliance.
- Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

- Must have strong leadership, communication, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 35-mile radius.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.
