JOB DETAILS
THIS POSITION IS FOR OUR ALEXANDRIA, MINNESOTA LOCATION.
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Alexandria, Minnesota Elden's Fresh Foods store as an Assistant Store Director. This position will assist in leading a great team of people who work each day to provide excellent customer service to our customers and community. The right candidate has a MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF RETAIL EXPERIENCE, preferably some in grocery and will assist in planning, coordinating, and training for the entire store operation to ensure firm cost controls and an overall profitable store. We offer many resources and support for our management team within an environment that promotes our 6-5-3 and G.R.E.A.T. principles. We offer competitive wages and benefits with this full-time position. Must be available days, evenings, and every-other-weekend as scheduled and will work 45-47 hours per week.
All team members are eligible for 10% discount on groceries for their entire household
