Complete specific tasks assigned by the Store Manager:

  • Responsible for accurate inventory control and safeguarding company assets. 
  • Perform loss prevention activities. 
  • Follow the laws and guidelines in the sale of alcohol/tobacco products to underage customers. 
  • Follow store procedures when working with vendors, including checking-in product deliveries, and verifying quantities. 
  • Complete the daily shift assignments and shift closeout procedures. 
  • Maintain store cleanliness standards both inside and outside the facility including cleaning display cases, shelves, beverage areas, restrooms, aisles, gasoline pumps, and property grounds. 
  • Follow proper safety techniques/guidelines and encourage others to do the same.


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to tolerate gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
  • Must be able to enter and work in a cooler at the temperature of 30 degrees (or below) for up to 35 minutes at a time.
  • Must be able to stretch, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and to stand for a minimum of eight hours at a time.
  • Must be able to lift and stock cases of products that can weigh up to 50 pounds.
