Retail Sales Associate - Soccer House

Location: Marietta, GA (Atlanta Area)
Position Type: Part-Time
Must be 18 years of age or older

Soccer House is Atlanta's premier soccer specialty store, dedicated to serving players, coaches, referees, and fans of the game. We are seeking energetic, customer-focused team members who are passionate about soccer and want to help create an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide a world-class shopping experience

  • Assist players and families in selecting the right cleats, apparel, equipment, goalkeeper gear, and fan merchandise

  • Share soccer product knowledge and make recommendations based on player needs

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Receive, organize, and restock inventory

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment

  • Assist with jersey customization, heat press services, and special orders

  • Support in-store events, product launches, and community activities

  • Help monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and positively

  • Represent the Soccer House brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Passion for soccer is required

  • Playing, coaching, refereeing, or other soccer experience is strongly preferred

  • Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
