Store Manager

Overview
We’re seeking a Store Manager to join our team to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations, developing associates, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability
  • Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth
  • Deliver a positive and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer
  • Safeguard company assets and inventory
  • Build strong relationships with the community through outreach and partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Implement operational and merchandising direction communicated by corporate leadership

Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail management experience preferred
  • Strong ability to drive results while building relationships with team members
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
