Position: Project Manager - Remodels

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics.

- Resolve issues and manage risks that may impact project deliverables.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and compliance.

- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in remodeling or construction.
