Job Description

Our Mehoopany, PA manufacturing site is a high-volume, highly automated facility producing iconic brands such as Bounty, Charmin, and Bounty Napkins. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead critical capital projects that support innovation, automation, reliability, compliance, and growth across the site.

In this role, you will serve as both a technical leader and project manager, owning projects from concept through startup and operational handoff. Depending on business need and your background, this role may be aligned to either our Making Process organization or our Converting/Finish Product Handling team.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead capital programs ranging from small projects to those in excess of $30 million. Project types may include:

  • New product initiatives

  • Capacity expansion

  • Cost savings and productivity improvements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead capital projects end-to-end, from early scope development through design, execution, startup, and handoff

  • Serve as the holistic project leader, balancing technical, financial, and execution priorities

  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery

  • Drive strong capital management, including spend forecasting, tracking, and change control

  • Own risk management activities, including identifying, mitigating, and escalating key risks and issues

  • Provide effective communication to stakeholders at all levels, from project teams to site leadership

  • Manage external vendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers to ensure quality execution and performance

  • Maintain and drive CPS tracking and other project reporting/documentation requirements

  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, finance, purchasing, and other key functions

  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, compliance, and performance expectations

Job Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience

  • Experience leading projects in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment

  • Demonstrated capability in project planning, execution, capital management, and risk management

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams

Preferred

  • Experience in a high-volume, highly automated manufacturing environment

  • Background in process/making systems or converting/packaging operations

  • Experience with automation, manufacturing technology, or equipment integration

  • Experience managing medium-to-large capital projects

  • Familiarity with startup, commissioning, and operational handoff processes
