Job Summary

The Mobile Operations Project Manager coordinates a technical team responsible for managing a large-scale fleet of corporate-owned mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows) in a highly secure, firewalled environment. This role helps to ensure operational continuity, oversee mobile deployments and upgrades, manage vendor relationships, interface with executive stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The position emphasizes operational execution, change readiness, project planning, and cost-effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help oversee lifecycle management of ~50,000 mobile devices
  • Plan and execute mobile technology projects (examples include Mobile Device Management (MDM) migrations, operating system upgrades, and solution deployments)
  • Interface with stakeholders and deliver regular reporting
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
  • Track budgets, review expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
