Job Summary

Great retail moments start with great execution. As Retail Operations Manager, you will manage day-to-day retail operations, will coordinate staffing, merchandise flow, inventory, event setup, and service execution, and will support the retail leadership team in delivering efficient, consistent operations across Auburn University.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of retail operations or high-volume merchandising experience

· Experience using point-of-sale and inventory-management systems

· Experience with inventory counts, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise controls

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office

· Experience managing retail schedules and operational reporting

Key Responsibilities

· Manages daily retail operations and event execution.

· Coordinates staffing and operational coverage.

· Monitors inventory and merchandise replenishment.

· Oversees store and event-location setup and breakdown.

· Reviews sales and operational performance.
