MIT Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Manager to help lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily operations and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development

  • Support Management in training, coaching, and developing store associates
