THE OPPORTUNITY 
We’re seeking a Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to lay the foundation for our Nutrition Center retail launch. This is a pre-launch critical role ensuring vendor relationships, inventory systems, and operational readiness are fully in place ahead of our opening. 
Your Mission: Build inventory systems and vendor partnerships that ensure smooth retail operations.
Your Impact: Enable a successful launch with accurate stock, cost efficiency, and seamless product availability.
Your Stage: Nutrition Center – retail hub for wellness products and supplements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 
Vendor Management & Procurement (30%) 
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships with supplement and wellness product suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
  • Source products aligned with Preserve Life’s wellness mission

Inventory Management (35%)
 
  • Establish par levels across retail categories
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory
  • Organize storage for efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate data, pricing, and product specs in POS system
  • Monitor stock and initiate reorders

System Management & Data Entry (15%)
 
  • Maintain inventory records and reporting systems
  • Generate reports for leadership
  • Track product movement and sales patterns
