Job Summary:
As a Food Service Manager at Bride Brook Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of food services for our residents. As a champion of excellence in patient care, you will oversee daily food operations, manage inventory, and supervise a team of dietary staff to provide delicious, nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of our patients. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily food operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and serving
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining food storage and handling procedures
  • Supervise and train a team of dietary staff, ensuring excellent customer service and quality food preparation
  • Coordinate with the Dietary Department to ensure timely and efficient meal service
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, food costs, and labor hours
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and achieve high standards of quality in food service
  • Collaborate with the Nursing Department to ensure that patient meals meet individual dietary needs and preferences

Requirements:
