Sr. Finance Operations Analyst

Job Description Summary

This position will provide critical support to PDS Finance and support Finance Managers with financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to drive data-driven decisions. You will be someone who is a results-driven professional with strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills

Job Description

  • ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Assisting PDS Finance with special projects, transition of new processes, UAT and training
  • Monthly Retail LOB furniture close out support
  • Validation of cost codes for furniture and other equipment capex requests
  • Support the staffing management program to meet client and C&W staff reporting requirements
  • Assist the Finance Manager with month end journal entries, ensuring reimbursable and non-reimbursable spend is booked correctly
  • Monthly review of revenue and expenses against plan.  Understanding and communicating variances to the Finance Manager
  • Assist with preparation of monthly financial presentations
  • Partner with the Finance Manager to drive better reporting and continuous process improvement
  • POSITION QUALITIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5 + years’ experience in a Finance position and/or Real Estate services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral required
  • Intermediate to advanced level sills in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively and multi-task in an ever-changing pressure environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detailed-oriented and excellent communication and verbal skills
