The Amenities Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for all resident amenity reservations and private event logistics, while also providing structured support to the front desk team. This dual-role position ensures consistent administration of amenity spaces and strengthens coverage during critical midday and early evening hours.

What Success Looks Like:

Your Impact

  • Amenities Administration:
    • Serve as the lead administrator for the Theater, Kitchen, Spa, Dining Room, Wine Facilities, and other amenity spaces
    • Manage calendar systems, resident requests, usage agreements, and policy compliance
    • Coordinate event setup and teardown with janitorial and engineering teams
    • Liaise with outside vendors and service providers when necessary
    • Maintain logs of usage, feedback, and incident reports.
    • Host resident events like Movie Night, etc.
  • Front Desk Support:
    • Provide consistent concierge presence from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
    • Offer flexible backup during team member breaks, call-outs, and peak traffic
    • Assist with package overflow, phone coverage, guest check-ins, and general concierge duties
    • Maintain standards of appearance, professionalism, and service expected at Escala

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality, property management, or customer service experience
  • The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to read, analyze, and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability in a fast-paced setting
  • Confident written and verbal communication with residents and vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel preferred
  • Familiarity with BuildingLink or comparable property management software preferred
