WIS Reset Supervisor Job Preview
The Reset Supervisor leads teams of up to 10 associates to execute store reset and remodel projects. You will oversee fixture installation, product placement, and signage execution based on planograms while ensuring projects are completed on time, safely, and within budget.
This is a hands-on leadership role with overnight schedules and travel (up to 75%).
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Lead on-site reset teams and ensure quality, productivity, and safety
  • Execute projects based on planograms and CAD layouts
  • Make real-time decisions to keep projects on track and within budget
  • Inspect completed work to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Communicate effectively with store leadership, contractors, and team members
  • Complete required project documentation

Team Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of retail or reset experience
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication abilities
  • Ability to travel and work overnight shifts
  • Demonstrates an ongoing commitment to SPIRIT values of Service, Pride Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork
  • A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the Fleet driver requirements are required, as well as access to reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience reading planograms/CAD drawings
  • Experience with hand or small electric tools

Working Conditions:
This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions. It is also required to frequently be in low-level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, as well as frequent standing in a construction environment; the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. Frequent travel is required via plane or automobile, including overnight stays (up to 75% of the time).
