How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Support Clinical and Nursing System, Market and Hospital leadership related to clinical priority goals, system initiatives and process improvement projects - Serve as a key resource/SME in collection and analysis of data
  • Lead projects related to the compilation, development and implementation of data visualization tools including but not limited to: Tableau - Tailor visuals for varying audiences: make complex information clear, engaging, and actionable
  • Partner with ADSI and other data teams in defining and developing process and outcome measures 
  • Compile analytical and statistical reports - Formulate, define and recommend scope and format of presentation visualizations and communications
  • Self-directed project management skills based on stakeholder partnerships - Lead and participate in the roll out of high priority quality & safety data projects
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience preferred.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • Experience with project management or process improvement
  • Clinical and leadership background/degree
  • Experience with and/or knowledge of capabilities of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL preferred
