Duties amp; Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with genuine hospitality, eye contact, and a relaxed, upbeat energy.
  • Manage the flow of guests, communicate seating availability, and keep the vibes smooth.
  • Make sure every guest feels comfortable and taken care of from the moment they arrive until they leave.
  • Relay guest needs, seating preferences, and special requests to the team.
  • Keep guest areas clean, including resetting tables and keeping the flow of service seamless.
  • Send guests off with a friendly farewell and an invitation to return.
  • Assist guests with retail purchases—help them pick the perfect Crooked Hammock gear or a six-pack to-go!
  • Keep retail areas stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Stay up to date on Crooked Hammock beers, brand events, and promotions.
  • Promote our loyalty programs and special offers.
  • Handle transactions with accuracy and keep the cash register flowing smoothly.
