Why is Gen Z struggling to get jobs?

Additionally, some young job seekers prioritize education or extracurricular activities over part-time work, impacting their availability and experience for these roles.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Retail Associate Stocker, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Retail Associate Stocker, you need basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift and organize merchandise, typically requiring a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with inventory management systems, handheld barcode scanners, and point-of-sale (POS) technology is often expected. Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills help you interact with colleagues and efficiently restock shelves.
