This position may require working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical labor and standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.

Qualifications

As a RETAIL MERCHANDISER, you will be responsible for safely stocking and maintaining our beverage products in our customer accounts. Professional appearance, excellent time management, and outstanding customer service skills required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the sales and delivery departments by servicing and merchandising retail accounts in the best professional manner possible. Responsible for stocking and merchandising various products ensuring that all beverage sections, racks, and displays are completely filled, POS neat, clean and current and displays maintained according to Company’s standards.

This is a field-based role requiring consistent presence in customer accounts throughout the day during designated standard business hours to ensure customer satisfaction.

Possess the ability to maintain regular and punctual in-person attendance to support merchandising operations and service customer accounts.

Employee must regularly/constantly walk, stand, lift, carry, lift one-handed, reach knee to shoulder, lift/push/pull exerting force over 20 pounds, hear and see. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, eye-hand coordination, acuity, and ability to adjust focus.

Frequently (34-66% of workday)

Employees must frequently push, pull, reach below knee, reach above shoulder (72 inches), handle, grasp, lift cases up to 46 pounds, and talk.

Occasionally (<34% of workday)

Employees must occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist of trunk, lift, push and pull exerting forces up to 90 pounds (pallet jack), finger and pinch.

Requirements:

· Must have a valid Driver’s License with an MVR check

· You must have the below limits on their insurance.

· English speaking and understanding required for safety purposes: Yes/Can be Bilingual

Work Environment
