Job description

FleetSide Ford is looking for Commercial Truck Sales Account Manager. The opportunity to put your customer focus and people skills to work while having an opportunity to grow your career at the same time. We are seeking a high energy individual with a passion for commercial vehicles. As a Commercial Truck Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the industry. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our range of trucks to retail and commercial entities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep knowledge of trucks, and a proven track record of sales success. Previous experience and knowledge are required, but there's a lot we can train with the right individual who is willing to work hard and who is committed to integrity, excellence, financial responsibility and teamwork.

 
Primary Responsibilities: 
 
• Selling new and used vehicles, will be both inside and outside sales 
• Assists customers in selecting/ordering trucks and components which suit their business needs 
• Actively finds new and existing prospects either by telephone or by making calls to individuals and businesses outside the dealership 
• Provides follow-up and ongoing service to existing customers. 
• Maintain customer/prospect list with our CRM and meet monthly sales objectives 
• Maintains professional appearance 
• Attends managers meetings as requested 
• Completes product training on a regular and continuous basis 
• Offers service to all walk-in and call-in customers on assigned floor days 
• Delivers new trucks, explaining new-truck warranty and service policies • Studies truck and equipment specifications to improve knowledge of product performance and application continually 
• Appraises used trucks when necessary

• Must have computer proficiency. 
• Excellent organizational time management and communications skills 
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment 
• Possess a valid in-state driver's license
