Little Hen is a stylish, high-volume brunch restaurant known for beautiful food, warm hospitality, and an elevated guest experience. We are are looking for friendly, polished, and organized Hostesses to join our team.

The Hostess is the first impression of Little Hen and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and smooth guest experience.

Position: Host / HostessResponsibilities

  • Greet every guest warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating flow
  • Use Resy or reservation system to organize tables and guest notes
  • Communicate wait times clearly and politely
  • Escort guests to tables and present menus
  • Support table rotation to ensure fair and efficient seating
  • Communicate with servers, managers, and bussers during service
  • Read reservation notes, allergies, celebrations, and special requests before service
  • Keep the host stand clean, organized, and stocked
  • Assist with answering phones and guest inquiries
  • Maintain a calm and professional attitude during busy brunch service
  • Follow Little Hen hospitality and appearance standards

Requirements
