    • Drive Discharge Excellence: Play a pivotal role in the care continuum by determining the safest next steps for patients, collaborating directly with physicians and case managers to reduce readmissions.
    • Experience Clinical Variety: Rotate through diverse units-including the ICU, Step-down, and Med-Surg-utilizing advanced equipment to help patients regain independence during the most critical phase of their recovery.

Responsibilities
Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
2. Current state Physical Therapy license.
3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Resurrection Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is a flat rate of $48.17 The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
