$260,000 – $400,000+

A leading international law firm is seeking a Finance & Restructuring Associate Attorney to join its highly regarded Atlanta office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing financial institutions, private equity sponsors, private credit funds, direct lenders, borrowers, and distressed companies in sophisticated finance, restructuring, and special situations matters.

Ideal Background

3–6 years of finance, restructuring, bankruptcy, or leveraged finance experience
• Experience with commercial lending, acquisition financings, sponsor finance, private credit, or restructuring transactions preferred
• Experience representing lenders, borrowers, private equity sponsors, direct lenders, or distressed companies
• Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, commitment papers, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documents
• Experience with workouts, restructurings, Chapter 11 matters, or special situations transactions is a plus
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
