Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate AttorneyAmLaw, Regional & Boutique Law Firm OpportunitiesCompensation

$145,000 – $295,000+

Aligned Talent Acquisition is continually seeking experienced Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 100, Am Law 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout Ohio, including Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Toledo.

If you have experience representing lenders, creditors, debtors, trustees, or financial institutions in restructuring and insolvency matters, I'd love to connect.

Ideal Background

2–8 years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience

• Experience representing secured lenders, unsecured creditors, financial institutions, debtors, trustees, or receivers

• Experience handling Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and out-of-court restructurings

• Experience with bankruptcy litigation, creditor rights, workouts, foreclosures, and distressed asset transactions

• Experience drafting motions, financing documents, restructuring agreements, and court filings

• Strong legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills

• Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted
