Porzio, Bromberg & Newman seeks a full-time Associate to join our National Bankruptcy practice. Candidates must have excellent research, writing, communication and analytical skills. Candidates should have 4-8 years of experience in restructuring companies in financial distress, representing creditors committees in Chapter 11 proceedings, and assisting clients in multi-national insolvency-related litigation.
