Help Keep Our Facility Safe, Clean, and Running Efficiently

Van-Am Tool & Engineering is seeking a dependable, hardworking Janitorial Maintenance Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment. This full-time position works Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and offers $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

What You Will Do
  • Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, production areas, and common spaces
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash and recycling
  • Replenish restroom and break room supplies
  • Clean windows, doors, and other facility surfaces
  • Perform minor building maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Safely use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
What We Are Looking For
  • Previous janitorial, custodial, or general maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and tools
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning chemical handling and storage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Good communication skills
