Our facility offers a dynamic and engaging onsite environment where therapists and patients interact closely. You will work in a modern rehabilitation facility that features state-of-the-art equipment and resources essential for effective therapy. Our schedule runs from Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent work-life balance while providing your full attention to patient care.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand patient conditions and customize treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring focused and personalized attention during therapy sessions.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance clients’ mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Implement a variety of treatment modalities and techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescriptions, to minimize reliance on medications and surgical options.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation process to enhance compliance and progress towards their functional goals.
• Employ effective communication skills to assess outcomes, monitor patient progress, and engage with patients and their families about care plans.
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment sessions in electronic medical records using systems like WebPT.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to optimize patient care.

You will primarily work with adult patients dealing with orthopedic conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain issues. Our patient demographic includes a diverse range of individuals, from young athletes to seniors looking to regain their independence. Your role will significantly impact their recovery and quality of life, ensuring they receive compassionate and tailored care throughout their rehabilitation journey.

• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, without any board or disciplinary actions on record.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly preferred.
• Strong foundation in orthopedic physical therapy, with proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Ability to navigate EMR software efficiently, particularly experience with WebPT or similar systems.

Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred. We value individuals who possess strong interpersonal communication skills, demonstrate empathy in patient interactions, and maintain a proactive approach to patient care and rehabilitation.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
