Our outpatient focus ensures that you interact regularly with a manageable caseload, allowing for individualized attention to each patient's rehabilitation journey.

• Perform thorough evaluations for new patients, utilizing a variety of assessment tools to identify needs and set measurable goals.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, focusing on manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Efficiently manage a caseload of 1 to 2 patients per hour, ensuring that each session is personalized and focused on enhancing patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress diligently, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the multifaceted needs of patients.
• Maintain clean and organized clinical documentation that adheres to legal and ethical guidelines within the physical therapy profession.

This role primarily serves patients dealing with orthopedic conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. During treatment sessions, you will employ a holistic approach, focusing on restoring physical function, enhancing mobility, and improving the overall quality of life for each client. Your expertise will make a significant impact on our patients’ rehabilitation journey, as you guide them towards achieving their health goals.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or higher (DPT or MPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida, demonstrating compliance with state regulations and standards.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical outpatient physical therapy, specifically in an orthopedic setting, is highly desirable.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and techniques that promote recovery in orthopedic conditions.
• Proven ability to handle a demanding caseload while maintaining a compassionate and patient-centered approach.

Ability Physical Therapy & Wellness offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
