Work Environment

This role is situated in our state-of-the-art outpatient office, where therapists work in an engaging and supportive environment. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a balanced work-life environment for our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess each patientโ€™s physical capabilities, building personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices that reflect their unique needs and objectives.
  • Deliver skilled physical therapy services tailored to our geriatric clients, which may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of advanced modalities.
  • Continuously monitor patient progress through meticulous documentation and regularly adjust treatment strategies to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate their rehabilitation process.
  • Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding effective therapeutic techniques, recommended home exercise programs, and strategies for injury prevention.
  • Implement fall prevention initiatives within the clinic and assist patients in mastering safety measures designed to minimize accident risks, especially within the assisted living community.
  • Stay abreast of recent advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
