Position Description
The Butz Family of Companies seeks a Restoration Project Manager at Alexander Building Construction Co. in Harrisburg, PA. The Restoration Project Manager will lead property repair projects including fire, smoke, water, and storm damage.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage project life-cycle from beginning to end
  • Main point of contact for customer
  • Conduct onsite property inspections
  • Develop scope of work and repair estimates
  • Manage self-perform trades, coordinate and schedule subcontractors and vendors, develop and oversee project schedule, purchase building materials, and complete project closeout
  • Develop and maintain business referral network
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment

Position Requirements
Typical qualifications include a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in the construction industry. Two (2) years of experience working in the Restoration or Insurance industry. IICRC certifications in Fire & Smoke Restoration and Water Restoration preferred.
